In emergencies, a response team can be quickly sent to customer locations. If repairs are required at our facilities, we offer bowl and scroll assemblies to loan our customers so production lines do not sit idle while repairs are made. We offer both East and West Coast full-service repair facilities to reduce transportation costs and expedite service.
Remote monitoring is now available through GEA Westfalia Separator wewatch®, a 24/7 remote monitoring and analysis system. Machine and process data is transmitted continuously to diagnostic experts who interpret the data against known norms and alert customers to any deviation that calls for further investigation. Often measures can be taken to correct a problem while machines are operating at full-speed, thus eliminating costly down-time and improving productivity.
